Il Giusto is our organic oil obtained from the union of typically Tuscan olives (leccino, moraiolo, frantoiano, olivastra) coming from our organic olive grove, which are hand-picked and processed in a traditional cold mill, strictly within 24 hours from their harvest.

Before bottling, it is stored in steel containers with nitrogen topping to keep its organoleptic properties intact.
The taste is harmonious with a balanced bitter and spicy vein. Very suitable to be used raw on salads, soups, red meats, bruschetta, various pinzimoni. Available formats: bottles of 0.250 ml, 0.500 ml
